Aerosols, Clouds, and Trace Gases Research Infrastructure Network (ACTRIS) is a project set up to integrate European ground-based stations equipped with advanced atmospheric probing instrumentation for aerosols, clouds, and short-lived gas-phase species.

ACTRIS will have the essential role to support building of new knowledge as well as policy issues on climate change, air quality, and long-range transport of pollutants.

The Analysis and Experimentation on Ecosystems (AnaEE) is a research infrastructure set up to coordinate a state of the art network of in natura and in vitro experimental platforms equipped with the latest technology. They will be associated with analytical and modelling platforms and will be linked to networks of instrumented observation sites that will provide indispensable calibration and validation datasets.

The Integrated non-CO2 Greenhouse gas Observing System (InGOS) is a project set up to improve and extend Europe's observation capacity for non-CO2 greenhouse gases. The project is coordinated by the Dutch energy research institute and involves 34 partners from 15 countries.

InfraStructure for the European Network for the Earth System Modelling (IS-ENES) is an infrastructure project combines expertise in Earth system modelling, in computational science, and in studies of climate change impacts. IS-ENES will provide a service on models and model results both to modelling groups and to the users of model results, especially the impact community.
